According to Bulgaria's "political elite," the "Greatness" (Velichie) party is viewed as impure because it does not adhere to the conventional norms of the "circus." This was expressed by Ivelin Mihaylov from the Velichie political party on Radio K2.
“We stand apart from the overly enthusiastic divas who are supported by grants and schemes but are unable to make decisions, providing only excuses. The era of broken microphones is coming to an end, and the age of testosterone is beginning,” Mihaylov proclaimed, noting that Velichie is currently being utilized as a tool for Peevski to negotiate his interests with the government.
“Every administration operates as a complicated network of agreements, where everyone aims to advance their own agenda. I find it somewhat surprising that Peevski would willingly take on the role of a purely negative character. We are all aware of his trajectory – he detonates like a firework, while the others continue to play, even though he appears powerful right now. They predict that "Greatness" (Velichie) will gain entry into the National Assembly because it's well-known that "Greatness" (Velichie) is an unruly party, and there’s a need to dismantle their organization," he stated, highlighting the troubles caused by Peevski's media.
Mihaylov also mentioned that on February 19, the day commemorating the 152nd anniversary of national hero Vasil Levski's execution, a protest is being organized outside the Constitutional Court against the institution's refusal to address the legitimacy of the election results from October 27, 2024, within a specified timeframe.
