Lawyer Rastashki, who is an MP from the MECH party, circulated a video in which he claims that in the accounts of lawyer Anatoli Savov, the long-time legal representative of the Historical Park and its largest shareholder, there were “21 million leva” with which the “injured” investors could get their money back if they constituted themselves as victims in the pre-trial proceedings. Presented this way, the suggestion looks like a rescue plan. In reality, it is a dangerous manipulation that can cause serious harm to honest investors.

What is the truth about these 21 million leva? Lawyer Rastashki knows very well that this refers to funds received from the sale of shares in the first years of the construction of the Historical Park; it is precisely thanks to these investments that the entire park was built - infrastructure, land, buildings, facilities, and historical reconstructions; every lev was used for real construction, which exists today and is open to visitors.

Instead of explaining this, lawyer Rastashki suggests that this money is “frozen” and can be distributed to people who have submitted reports. This is untrue. At the moment, the accounts of lawyer Anatoli Savov are under state seizure and cannot be used, but it is an absolute lie that there are “21 million available” waiting to be handed out. There is no such thing. These sums do not exist in cash and cannot be returned to anyone through this mechanism.

Who will be harmed by lawyer Rastashki’s calls? The call for people to register as “injured” in the pre-trial proceedings will not help them and may put them at enormous risk. Submitting false reports carries criminal and civil liability. People misled by incorrect information may be sued for defamation and damages. Instead of receiving funds, they risk paying high compensation. Rastashki is silent about this.

Why is this manipulation being made? His goal is to attack the “Velichie” party and to destroy one of the largest private projects in Bulgaria, created without a single lev of state or European funds. The Historical Park is proof that private initiative can develop culture, tourism, and the economy without dependence on political power. That is precisely why the project is inconvenient.

Who loses from the attacks? Not lawyer Rastashki. Not Radostin Vasilev. The ones who lose are the honest investors, the citizens who believe in free enterprise, all those who want Bulgaria to have successful private projects rather than be dependent on party schemes, and he people who for years have built the trust and the infrastructure of the Historical Park.

The big question for the Bulgarian people is whether they will allow investors and citizens to be used as instruments? Will the incitement to actions that can ruin the lives of hundreds of families go without consequences?

If society remains silent today, tomorrow it will have no right to ask why the state looks as it does, corroded by manipulations, insinuations, and political assignments.

Lawyer Rastashki’s call is not legal advice. It is a commissioned attack intended to strike a project, a party, and a community created by thousands of Bulgarians with work, faith, and personal funds. No one will get their money back through this scheme. There are no available 21 million, and investors cannot receive funds from seized accounts.

The only real chance for investors to recover their money is for the business to be allowed to operate, not to be destroyed on command. Stop believing liars.
