A delegation from “Velichie” at the UN presented the international community with the real situation in Bulgaria. The process is difficult and lengthy, but someone must begin it and consistently develop it so that facts and testimonies can accumulate.

Today, in the National Assembly, the full absurdity of the status quo was revealed. While the people in Pleven and the region face a real water crisis, with farmers and families relying on cisterns, the parliament produced a parody of a decision.

The Chairwoman of the political party “Velichie,” Mrs. Albena Pekova, addressed the U.S. Secretary of State, Mr. Marco Rubio, regarding the evaluation of the 2024 Country Report on the Republic of Bulgaria. In this report, “Velichie” is presented in a contradictory and rather enigmatic way, in which its leader, Mr. Ivelin Mihaylov, is depicted as practically a problem for Bulgarian democracy.

Two ministries conflict. This is the reason there is a lack of equipment for extinguishing fires. That is the claim made in a declaration by the chairman of the political party Velichie, Ivelin Mihaylov. He pointed out that many Bulgarian citizens are asking the same questions, which remain unanswered.
