After many Bulgarian media outlets came out with false statements about “Historical Park” closing down, their team came out with an official position, which is as follows:

Today, Historical Park marks 7 years since its opening - from June 22, 2019, to the present day.

“A wonderful ‘gift’ for our anniversary is yet another coordinated media attack that has nothing to do with reality,” the Historical Park team states.

According to them, the project has been under constant media pressure and attempts at discreditation from the very beginning.

“Over the past 7 years, we have been forced to work in an environment of continuous attacks, insinuations, and manipulations. Unfortunately, a large part of the media has long since abandoned its main function - to seek and present the truth.”

Despite this, the Historical Park team emphasises that the site continues to function completely normally and welcomes visitors every day.

“Historical Park continues to operate at full capacity. We welcome guests every day and strive to create a place that serves as an oasis amid the ugliness of the modern world.”

The team expresses gratitude to everyone who has supported them over the years.

“We thank all those who visit us, support us, and believe in our cause.”
