The criminal record of the most protected person in Bulgaria – Simon Milkov

Today, in the criminal operations register, Milkov is listed as a person engaged in pedophilia, drug distribution, and theft.

When a person encounters difficulties from early childhood, he has a choice whether to accept them and turn them into virtues that make him a good and honourable person later on, or to become embittered and harbour hatred toward everyone and everything.

Unfortunately, Simon Milkov has chosen the latter. He is a known repeat offender who, for years, has been used because of his "qualities" – ruthlessness, insolence, and disregard for all social norms. Due to the lack of a healthy social environment and moral foundations, Milkov is not integrated into society and has no inhibitions about cursing, threatening, assaulting, or destroying cultural values. He shows tendencies toward sadism and banditry, and it is exactly this nature that makes him useful to those who have been assigning him dirty tasks for years under the pretence of seeking justice. The truth is that he recognises only his own needs and desires and is subordinate only to them.

We will acquaint you with Milkov's life, as well as his criminal record, so that you can understand who he really is and why we must not allow people like him to disrupt public order and destroy everything in their path.

Simon Milkov is adopted, but before reaching adulthood, his adoptive mother disowns him. After she refuses guardianship, he is placed in an orphanage in the village of Gereka, in the municipality of Dryanovo. Even then, he is repeatedly caught committing home burglaries and acts of vandalism. He has been arrested more than five times at the Dryanovo District Police Department, and in one instance, villagers performed a citizen's arrest to stop his hooligan behaviour.

Initially, Simon Milkov started as a coordinator for the SILA association, which blocked intersections across the country over high fuel prices. Later, he joined Nikolay Barekov's political project – "Bulgaria Without Censorship," where he worked as an event manager. He actively participated in counter-protests in defence of Ivan Geshev, as well as many other public demonstrations. At these events, he was always on the front lines, directing the people he brought with him and often crossing legal boundaries. It's also an open secret that during this time, he was distributing drugs to young children and began his first pedophile acts. Over the years, his political patrons have changed, providing him with significant sums of money and protection from law enforcement so he could carry out tasks against their inconvenient opponents.

Today, in the criminal operations register, Milkov is listed as a person engaged in pedophilia, drug distribution, and theft.

On March 7, 2001, he beat up underage student Kristiyan Baychev from the village of Polikraishte. For this act, the Veliko Tarnovo District Court found him guilty and fined him 1,000 BGN. This was followed by a street beating in Gorna Oryahovitsa, for which he was sentenced to probation.

On May 13, 2016, in Veliko Tarnovo, on Poltava Street, he caused a spectacular car crash, damaging numerous vehicles. His blood alcohol content was found to be over 1.75‰, for which the court gave him a one-year suspended sentence with a five-year probation period. A little-known fact is that among the injured in the hit vehicles was a mother with a child, but days after the crash, Milkov's protectors threatened the woman not to talk about the incident.

On November 15, 2016, on Maria Luiza Boulevard in Sofia, Milkov was caught driving without a license again. This happened only six months after his driver's license was revoked. For the offence, he was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, but the case was swept under the rug. A settlement was reached, and his punishment was replaced with a fine—clearly showing the intervention of his patrons once more.

On December 16, 2018, Milkov once again committed a serious public order offence by initiating a scandal and causing moderate bodily harm to Galin Nikolov in Gorna Oryahovitsa, stabbing him with a knife. The wound was reportedly just a millimetre away from the aorta, and the attending doctor feared for the victim’s life. In court, Milkov pleaded guilty and admitted to threatening his victim with murder. Despite this, Simon has not received the punishment he deserves. His current protector, Delyan Peevski, again influenced prosecutors and investigators to keep Milkov out of prison, where he belongs.

During the 2021 elections, Milkov began portraying himself as a journalist who "chased" politicians to ask them tough questions. It is no coincidence that the only interviews given by Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Delyan Peevski during the campaign were to Milkov. Notably, he was cordial with them but aggressive and biased toward all their opponents.

Over the years, the repeat offender has carried out dirty orders against all kinds of people inconvenient to his masters. This has led to scandals involving Anton Ivanov, Yavor Bozhankov, Ivelin Mihaylov, and many others.

Today, we are witnessing yet another dirty assignment in Popovo Municipality, masked as a fight for justice. The most disgusting part is that he is exploiting the grief of a family that lost their child.

Think critically and do not believe everything a proven criminal tells you! Protect your children from Milkov before he destroys their lives, too!
