A delegation from “Velichie” at the UN presented the international community with the real situation in Bulgaria. The process is difficult and lengthy, but someone must begin it and consistently develop it so that facts and testimonies can accumulate. Only in this way will the quantitative accumulation shed light on the entire tragedy caused by the mafia that has taken over the state.
